A unique brewery creating sustainable craft beer where guests can meet friends and family to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
The brewery features a Dasher + Fisher Gin Distillery Bar showcasing their international award winning gins and a beer dedicated to The Social Quarter.
With an outdoor terrace and indoor areas, the brewery is more than just a craft beer hall. Urban Alley Brewery is the perfect all day casual dining spot for a before or after-shop drink, friends catch-up, family meals or a night out offering pub meals with a modern twist. See their menu here.
Inspired by la dolce vita, the Italian eatery brings a taste of traditional food from the sea and land of Liguria, Italy.
Guests can indulge in Italian cuisine in the restaurant’s three beautifully designed spaces including The Dining Room, The Wine Room and The Terreza.

The venue features the largest 4D XD theatre in Australia, with up to 12 players competing together at once in a range of immersive games in addition to their much-loved arcade and activities.
Experience the acclaimed Hijinx Hotel, the first in Victoria.
The immersive venue combines the theatre and wonder of a quirky New York Hotel with 10 game rooms. A number of unique cocktails will be on offer for guests to enjoy.
The mini golf destination features 18 pop-culture holes with an unprecedented level of detail and interactivity, including four completely new holes bespoke for The Fashion Capital.
Guests can experience the all seasons outdoor dining and bar area on offer.
Inspired by the iconic New York Grand Central Station, guests enter the immersive fit out via train carriages that use digital projection.
A limited edition range of fashion-inspired bowling attire and a designated shoe-shine station is on offer so visitors can bowl in style at The Fashion Capital.
