Something extraordinary is taking shape at Chadstone.

As Australia's leading luxury destination, we're beginning the next evolution of our luxury precinct, bringing even more of the world's most sought after fashion houses together in one unforgettable destination.

Global luxury brands Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior and Fendi will expand and reimagine their Chadstone boutiques, joined by significant new flagship experiences from Loewe and Miu Miu. Together, these transformations will showcase broader collections, elevated personalised services and the full expression of each maison's unique world.

The redevelopment marks the most significant evolution of Chadstone's luxury offering in years, with further boutique expansions and new arrivals planned as the precinct continues to grow.

While works are underway, luxury shopping at Chadstone will continue as usual, with many brands relocating to beautifully appointed temporary boutiques across the centre so you can continue to shop your favourites.

As part of the redevelopment, the Visitor Lounge will temporarily close, and the Tourist Shuttle pick up and drop off location has moved near the Tiffany & Co. entrance, close to the Waterman Business Centre. A new Tourist Services Desk is now open opposite Tiffany & Co. on Ground Level to assist visitors throughout the transformation.

The first of the new flagship boutiques is expected to open from December 2026, with more exciting unveilings to follow from mid 2027.
