Step into an intimate evening of seasonal cooking and thoughtful conversation with Julia Busuttil Nishimura as part of Chadstone’s Light to Night festival. Celebrated for her elegantly simple approach to food, Julia brings the warmth of the Italian kitchen and her Maltese heritage to a shared dining experience. Designed to slow down and savour the moment, this event will be one to remember long after the last plate is cleared.
Guests will enjoy a hosted two‑course dinner with Julia Busittil Nishimura, uniquely pairing Julia’s culinary perspective with curated dishes developed with Amalfi Fresh Pasta and Cannoleria, two of The Market Pavilion’s stand-out providores.
With capacity for just 35 guests, this is an exclusive Light to Night event providing a taste of The Market Pavilion and a moment to connect with one of Australia’s most-loved foodies.
Guests will be seated at shared tables across bar, standard and booth seating, creating a relaxed, communal experience with Julia mingling throughout the evening. As the menu is set, we’re unable to accommodate dietary requirements or substitutions, and dishes may contain common allergens.

DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Yes, all attendees need a booking to attend. Tickets are $89 per person.
WHERE IS THE EVENT LOCATED?
The event is located in The Market Pavilion, near Vasette and Hanks Bagelry.
WHAT AGES IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
As alcohol is being served during this event, you must be 18 years or older to make a booking and attend this event. Valid photo identification may be requested.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the event start time and have a digital version of your ticket ready for check in.
We recommend allowing additional time to secure a car park and navigate through the centre.
HOW WILL GUESTS BE SEATED?
Guests will be seated at shared tables comprising a mix of bar, standard, and booth seating.
Please ensure you purchase your tickets in the same booking with guests you want to be seated with. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who have booked together at the same table, larger groups may be allocated across multiple tables where necessary.
CAN I MAKE DIETARY REQUESTS?
Due to the nature of this experience, we’re unable to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies and can’t offer substitutions. Menu items may contain common allergens, so please consider this before booking.
I AM LATE AND MISSED THE START TIME – CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
We recommend arriving on time, as this experience runs to a fixed schedule.
While we’ll do our best, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.
HOW WILL THE TICKETS BE DELIVERED?
You should receive a booking confirmation email with links to download tickets.

Chadstone First members receive email updates about the latest offers, event details and news of what is happening in-centre. When booking for this activity, you will be invited to join Chadstone First if you’re not already a member. Alcohol will be served. You must be 18+ to book and attend. Booking only available via www.chadstone.com.au. Limited tickets available for dinner on Sunday evenings between 11 June 2026 and 12 July 2026. Each ticket to the activity entitles an individual to a two-course dinner (which will generally comprise of one savoury and one sweet course), including 3 x drinks inside The Market Pavilion hosted by one of the following chefs: Julia Busuttil Nishimura, Khanh Ong, Lucy Rosenberg or Alice Zaslavsky.
