HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To create an account, you will need to download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play and complete the steps to sign up.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

You can download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play by searching for “Chadstone”.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?

The Chadstone app is available on mobile phones with supported operating systems of Android, Version 7 (Nougat) and above or iOS (Apple), Version 12 and above.

I HAVE AN APPLE DEVICE AND CAN'T FIND THE CHADSTONE APP IN THE APPLE APP STORE. WHAT DO I DO?

The iOS app is available in the App Store if your account is set to Australia. If you are still unable to find the Chadstone app, it may be that the app does not support the operating system running on your mobile device. We support iOS 12 or later. 

I HAVE AN ANDROID DEVICE AND CAN’T FIND THE CHADSTONE APP IN THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE. WHAT DO I DO?

The Android app is available in the Google Play Store if your account is set to Australia. If you are still unable to find the Chadstone app, it may be that the app does not support the operating system running on your mobile device. We support Android 7 (Nougat) or later. 

I DON'T HAVE A SMART PHONE, CAN I JOIN CHADSTONE FIRST?

Yes, you can still become a Chadstone First member by subscribing here.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

To update your account details, you’ll first need to log in to the app. Visit the home screen and click the profile button with the icon of a person in the upper left corner. Once you have logged in, click ‘Your details’ and then select the field you would like to update. 

I AM HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY ACCOUNT, WHO DO I CONTACT?

For help using the Chadstone app, from the home screen, tap the ‘?’ button in the upper right hand corner. For urgent assistance, you can speak with one of our Concierge members or call.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM CHADSTONE FIRST?

To unsubscribe from Chadstone emails, first open one of the emails we have sent you, then click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of your email. 

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

To update your account details, you’ll first need to log in to the app. Visit the home screen and click the profile button with the icon of a person in the upper left corner. Once you have logged in, click ‘Your details’ and then scroll to the bottom of the page to tap the ‘Delete Account’ button. 

DO I NEED A PASSWORD TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

No, you are not required to create a password for the Chadstone app. 

HOW DO I MANAGE MY NOTIFICATION PREFERENCES?

To update your notifications, you’ll first need to log in to the app. Visit the home screen and click the profile button with the icon of a person in the upper left corner. Once you have logged in, click ‘Notifications’ and then select the settings you would prefer. Be sure to click ‘Update’ to save your settings. 

I HAVE A NEW MOBILE, HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can log in to your existing Chadstone account on a new device, just enter the same email address you used on your previous phone. 

IF I DELETE THE APP ON MY PHONE, DO I STILL HAVE A CHADSTONE FIRST ACCOUNT?

Yes, you still have a Chadstone app account even if you delete the app. If you would like to delete your account, you will need to follow the steps to delete your account prior to deleting the app. 

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?

Your personal information is used to identify you for security purposes and also to tailor your experience using the Chadstone app to your preferences.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY LOCATION INFORMATION?
