Disabled parking spaces are placed at all major entrances, and travelators and lifts are available across the centre for the convenience of all customers.

CONCIERGE DESK

To ensure you have a seamless shopping experience, Chadstone’s Concierge team are always available to assist with directions, gift cards, store information, lost property and more. You can find the central Concierge Desk on the Ground Level located between YSL Beauty and Michael Hill.

SERVICES

Chadstone offers complimentary access to motorised scooters and wheelchairs for your visit in-centre. We recommend reaching out to Chadstone’s Concierge team on +613 9567 1023 in advance to place a booking. Motorised scooters and wheelchairs can be collected from our Concierge desk located between YSL Beauty and Michael Hill. Please remember to bring proof of identification on your visit.

FACILITIES

Chadstone is proud to be home to a Changing Places facility with full sized change tables and hoists to meet the needs of people with severe and profound disabilities. In addition to this, Chadstone also offers a Quiet Room which provides customers with various requirements some distance from the noise of the centre.
