I purchased a product that met the threshold to redeem but the desk was closed? What do I do?
If you have purchased from participating retailers in the campaign period and met the spend threshold, please come back to centre to redeem your gift card. The redemption desk is open Thursday – Saturday 10am – 9pm, and Sunday 10am – 9pm.
Lunar New Year 2025 Luxury Gift With Purchase
Open to all persons (excl. employees of participating retailers). If <18, get parent/guardian OK & your parent/guardian is awarded gift. Runs from 10:15am 5/2/26 to 7:00pm 1/3/26 or until gifts run out (whichever is first). Spend $2,888 in 1 day at participating retailer/s at Chadstone & keep itemised printed receipt/s. Present same day receipts at the redemption desk during opening hours and before Redemption Desk closes during promotion period, complete claim form, sign up to/confirm Chadstone First membership & present receipt/s. First 2,000 valid claimants get a $50 Chadstone Gift Card. Redemption Desk open closes Thurs-Sat 10am – 9:00pm and Sun 11am – 7:00pm. Claimants must meet minimum spend within one day during the promotion period and redeem during redemption desk open days/hours. Limit 1 gift per person, per day.
