Our exclusive Parcel Concierge service is an incredibly easy and hassle-free way to collect all of your purchases from the convenience of your vehicle, when you purchase online, over the phone or via email.

There is one centralised collection point at Chadstone Valet. This is located on level P1 Car Park A, near David Jones, accessible off Chadstone Road. Simply follow the signage for Valet Parking within the carpark.

Experience the finest of The Fashion Capital without needing to leave the comfort of your car. Completely easy, convenient and safe.

HOW DOES PARCEL CONCIERGE WORK?

	STEP 1 Place an order with any of the participating stores listed below online, by phone or e-mail. Select or mention that you would like to use Parcel Concierge as the option for collection.
	STEP 2 Provide or select your preferred parcel pick-up date and time with the store.
	STEP 3 You will be contacted via email or SMS with confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
	STEP 4 Arrive at your confirmed time and wait in the Parcel Concierge bay at Valet Parking. Your order will be delivered to you on presentation of your confirmation email and ID verification.
	STEP 5 Drive away and enjoy your purchase.
