The Return of the Dessert Egg
This Easter marks the return of Mörk’s Dessert Eggs — pocket-sized desserts cast in lifelike chocolate eggshells. Break through the shell to discover carefully layered textures and rich flavours hidden within. The collection includes:

MATCHA — Beneath a matcha and white chocolate shell sits tart plum jam, silky chocolate ganache and softly aerated Davidson plum marshmallow.

GOLDEN — A shell of caramelised chocolate gives way to roasted macadamia gianduja cream, Tasmanian honey ganache and notes of pepperberry and lemon myrtle.

MILK TEA — Inside a milk chocolate shell flows hojicha-infused salted caramel, layered with hazelnut gianduja cream and a centre of crisp buckwheat shortbread.

PASSION — Crack into a dark chocolate shell to uncover a vibrant centre of passionfruit and native strawberry gum jam, nestled in soft vanilla marshmallow.

Completing the collection is the GOLDEN EMU EGG — a statement piece featuring a large caramelised chocolate shell filled with roasted macadamia gianduja, Tasmanian honey ganache with hints of pepperberry and lemon myrtle, and crunchy honey-roasted macadamias. The shell is finished with 23K gold for a glowing touch.
