Burrata with Mango, Lime & Chilli
Creamy burrata served with smooth mango purée and fresh lime. A light chilli dressing adds gentle heat, finished with fresh mango and herbs.

Burrata with Pumpkin & Szechuan Chilli
Creamy burrata paired with roasted pumpkin purée, fragrant Szechuan chilli and crispy fried shallots, finished with fresh basil.
