The canvas continues to weave its magic... An everlasting emblem, the Monogram incorporates a key date into its interlacing flowers.

Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Women’s Collections, has designed this precious Jacquard featuring 1854, the year of Louis Vuitton’s creation. 1854 – the boundless symbol of a family driven by the sublimity of craftmanship. This newley-revisited canvas has the gentle feel of old memories, like the time when Georges Vuitton designed the Monogram canvas in homage to his father, creating a neo-gothic coat of arms inspired, in part, by the decor of their original home in Asnières. The 8 has now become a petal, forming part of the canvas’ heritage. This already timeless Monogram exudes the House’s spirit across iconic models such as the Dauphine, Neverfull and Petit Noé. This signature also appears on a wardrobe of essentials and accessories to celebrate the “Since 1984” collection.
