Zara's new collection makes several stops throughout the past few decades.

We will travel from the 70s to the 90s when classically-cut, masculine coats make a key appearance. Jackets made in earthy tones will punctuate looks articulated around minimalist dresses and suit jackets. Prints and sleeves will inject the abstract touch into this part of the collection.

British-inspired tailored suits will mark the highlight of the 80s look put forward this season, in Prince of Wales check, tartan and gingham patterns which are mixed and matched without losing sight of the classic side of things in the garments' cut. Within this British moment there is room for the Ladylike spirit, replete with tweeds for skirt and jacket suits, adding a touch of sophistication and elegance to the collection.

The dazzling 80s are also the source of inspiration for our party collection, specifically the celebrities who were regulars at Studio 54 and used to take the famous New York nightspot by storm with their outfits, such as Bianca Jagger, Diana Vreeland and Elizabeth Taylor.

The last stop on our journey takes us back to the 70s: a folk look with a more refined air will make its presence felt. Look for this trend in bohemian and sheer dresses matched with jackets made from cord, synthetic leather coats and tailored jackets.
