Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique at Chadstone unveils the 1931 Polo Club, inspired by the booth and culinary experience presented at this year’s Watches and Wonders in Geneva. Guests can explore the creations of rising Chef Chocolatier Mathieu Davoine, whose bold and imaginative approach brings a fresh dimension to Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Made of Makers™ programme. From 21 to 28 November 2025, guests will be invited to discover the bespoke chocolates crafted by the Made of Makers™ chocolate craftsman, Mathieu Davoine, available for a limited time only.

At the 1931 Café, four chocolate creations deliver a multi-sensory experience that challenges perceptions of chocolate. Paired with a specially crafted beverage, each piece showcases Mathieu Davoine’s experimental style through unconventional textures, daring flavour combinations, and unexpected visual presentations. Drawing inspiration from the world of polo and Vallée de Joux, the chocolates pay tribute to the origins of the Reverso story.

Sessions run daily and are open to the public for a limited time, from 21 to 28 November 2025.
