The Black Friday sales extravaganza at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital will run for a full week this year, giving you more time to plan your visit and shop with ease.

Hundreds of offers will be dropping across the week starting on Monday 23 November through to Monday 30 November allowing more time for shoppers to start ticking off their Christmas shopping list while enjoying savings of up to 70 per cent.

WHICH STORES CAN I SPEND AT?

You can spend at all Chadstone Shopping Centre retailers excluding Aldi, Baker’s Delight, Coles, Colonial Fresh, Fisch, Liquorland, The Butcher Club, The Asian Store, Wishbone, Woolworths. Gift card, online and layby purchases are not valid.

CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THE GIFT CARD SHOP PRIOR TO SPENDING?

No, entrants cannot book to redeem a Gift from the Gift Card Shop prior to spending the Minimum Purchase Value. Timestamps will be reviewed on redemption for validity.

WHAT HOURS IS THE GIFT CARD SHOP OPEN?

The Gift Card Shop is trading the following hours across the promotional period:

Mon 23/11/20 9am - 5.30pm

Tues 24/11/20 9am - 5.30pm

Wed 25/11/20 9am - 5.30pm

Thurs 26/11/20 9am - 9pm

Purchases must be made between 9am – 11am on the same day. Only the first 100 to book and register for an appointment at the Gift Card Shop (with eligible purchases) will receive a $50 Chadstone Gift Card.

WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND BETWEEN 9AM AND 11AM?

As part of our commitment to keeping all customers and retailers safe, we are encouraging visitation at non-peak times during the week and before 11am. Completing your shopping at this time will help us balance centre traffic and meet social distancing guidelines.

HOW DO I SCAN A QR CODE AND REGISTER FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
  • Open the camera on your mobile device.
  • Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder.
  • Click on the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
  • Enter the details requested and on completion you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Return to the Gift Card Shop at your appointment time.
I HAVE SPENT $2,000+. CAN I CLAIM TWO GIFT CARDS IN AN APPOINTMENT?

No, you may enter the promotion only once per day. If you wish to enter the promotion again on another day within the promotion period, you must spend $1,000 between 9am-11am on that same day.

MY FRIEND HAS ALSO SPENT $1,000+. CAN THEY ATTEND MY GIFT CARD APPOINTMENT WITH ME TO CLAIM?

No, only one gift card is allocated to each gift card appointment. Each eligible participant must make their own gift card appointment by scanning the QR code and entering the required details.

I MADE A PURCHASE BUT I DON'T HAVE THE RECEIPT. CAN I STILL ENTER?

No, you must have original printed receipts that are time and date stamped to present to the staff at the Gift Card Shop and provide proof of your eligible purchase/s. Please check with individual stores to ensure they can provide an eligible receipt for your purchase/s.

I'M READY NOW. WHY DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?

A virtual queue is in place for the Gift Card Shop to help us meet social distancing guidelines. Virtual queuing allows you to continue your shopping elsewhere until you are notified to return, ensuring a convenient and efficient visit to our centre. This also means we can determine the number of customers ready to claim a gift card and stop further queuing once the allocation has been exhausted.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN ALL 100 GIFT CARDS HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED?

There will be no further appointments available at the Gift Card Shop for this day of the promotion.

THERE ARE NO BOOKINGS AVAILABLE. CAN I BRING MY RECEIPTS BACK TOMORROW?

If all time slots have been taken on our virtual queuing platform, our allocation of Gift Cards has been exhausted for the day. This means your receipt/s are no longer eligible. If you wish to enter the promotion again on another day within the promotion period, you must spend $1,000 between 9am-11am on that same day.

I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT. CAN I STILL CLAIM MY GIFT CARD?

No, if an entrant doesn't present at their booked Gift Card Shop appointment, they forfeit their appointment and gift card.

CAN I SPEND TODAY AND BOOK MY APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW?

No, your appointment must be made for the same day as your eligible spend. Receipt time and date stamps will be reviewed on redemption for validity.

WHAT IS CHADSTONE DOING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE IN CENTRE THIS CHRISTMAS?

To support a safe environment, shopping may look a little different this Christmas. We’ve implemented additional measures to help with crowd management, shop front and virtual queuing and increased cleaning and sanitisation. We want to help you, so before you visit please check out our tips and tricks below on how to shop safely and plan your trip.

Across our centre we have a number of safety initiatives in place including:

  • Hand sanitiser at all entrances
  • Increased sanitisation and cleaning of all customer touch points and high traffic areas
  • Physical and digital signage and PA announcements reminding customers to keep a safe distance apart
  • Floor decals and physical distancing reference points in key areas
  • Traffic and density management in our carparks and our malls
  • Additional customer service staff to assist with managing social distancing
  • Virtual queuing system to support our stores manage customer capacity limits
  • Designated entry and exit points
  • Queuing areas in high traffic locations and entrances
  • Additional outdoor dining options

When you visit us please ensure you:

  • Plan your shopping trip and use the closest entry to the store you are visiting
  • Shop early and check our website for updates
  • Keep a healthy 1.5 metres distance from other customers and team members
  • Ensure you wear a well fitted face mask
  • Maintain good hygiene including washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided
  • Limit the number of people you shop with
  • Book time to shop using the store’s queuing systems

This year, we have updated our eventing schedule to meet customers needs and offer the most convenient shopping experience at Chadstone.

We will be open:
Friday 27 and Saturday 28 November: 8am - Midnight
Sunday 29 November: 9am - 9pm
Monday 30 November: 9am - 7pm
