DO I NEED TO BOOK?
Yes, this is a fully bookable experience, for $5 per child ticket, with limited walk-up access available on the day, subject to availability.
WHERE IS THE EXPERIENCE LOCATED?
The exhibition is located on Lower Ground Level, outside Target.
WHAT AGES IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
The experience is suitable for children aged 3-12 years old.
All children under 18 years attending the Activity must be accompanied by a guardian or parent. Adults unaccompanied by a child cannot make a booking or attend.
DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN?
All individuals intending to attend (adults and children) must have a booking.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your confirmed booking time and have a digital version of your ticket ready for check in.
If you arrive earlier, feel free to pick up a coffee from one of the surrounding cafes, while you wait for your time slot.
We recommend planning additional time into your journey to secure a car park and navigate through the centre.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, you will need to make a new booking from the remaining available time slots.
Once this has been completed, please contact us at [email protected] and a member of our friendly team will be able to assist you with cancelling your original booking as long as it is within the cancellation window.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, although you may need to wait for the next available session. Please speak to one of our friendly staff on arrival and they'll do their best to accommodate you.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

You must be, or become, a Chadstone First member to book for this activity. Chadstone First members receive email updates about the latest offers, event details and news of what is happening in-centre. When booking for this activity, you will be invited to join Chadstone First if you’re not already a member. You must be 18+ to book. All children under 18 years attending the activity must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian or parent. Bookings cost $5 per child. Adults may attend for supervision only and are not permitted to participate. Booking only available via chadstone.com.au. Limited sessions available from 19/09/26 – 4/10/26. Limited walk-ups accepted, subject to availability. Max group size per booking of 6. Each ticket to the activity entitles an individual to a 40-minute session. Please ensure that you do not book for more than 1 parent or guardian per booking to ensure sufficient space for the activity.
