Rimowa

RIMOWA’s first pop-up in Australia, this new 147m2 store at Chadstone features a unique take on the brand’s latest retail design marking a significant milestone for the brand’s evolution in the region. Using an eye-captivating mirrored column as a central focal point, the store’s layout focuses on accessibility, flexibility, and display geared capturing and visualising the dynamism of travel and the experience of mobility.

The fresh design concept will serve to introduce the brand’s new visual identity along with the updated luggage collections – the RIMOWA Original Collection, the RIMOWA Classic Collection, the RIMOWA Essential Collection, and the RIMOWA Hybrid Collection.

The rethought product line caters to contemporary travel's most essential sizes and includes four collections with four cabin sizes, two check-in sizes, and three trunk sizes with updated features such as, an anodized aluminum badge with the engraved RIMOWA logo, an update to RIMOWA’s wheel design that thoughtfully incorporates the brand’s new monogram, and a redesigned interior lining in a modern anthracite color featuring the new RIMOWA monogram.

In addition to celebrating its core ranges, the RIMOWA Pop-up at Chadstone will showcase the RIMOWA Essential Collection’s new seasonal colour palette. The three new luggage tones, Sage, Coral and Slate, are sampled by the places in between and draw their colours from stunning remote locations around the globe. Coral is inspired by Pink Lake in Western Australia; Slate takes its hues from the chalky, gradient grey hues of Indonesian mines; Sage reflects the green shades of the Lake District in northeast England.
