Join Pickles, Mrs Claus and the Elves for a brand-new exciting adventure this December to help find the missing present.
This is a fun and interactive show for kids and parents. Kids will be delighted by the tale of Pickles the Elf and the unique experience.
All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Starlight Children's Foundation.

DO I NEED TO BOOK FOR THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW?
WHAT ARE THE TIMES FOR THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW?
HOW MUCH DO TICKETS TO THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW COST?
Individual adult or child over 18 months AU $6.19 including GST. Children under 18 months of age are free of charge and do not require a ticket to attend a show.
Family/Group of 4 AU $16.59 including GST. Children under 18 months of age are free of charge and do not require a ticket to attend a show.
All ticket sales are donated to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
HOW LONG DOES THE CHRISTMAS SHOW GO FOR?
The show will go for 25 minutes.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for the full shows duration.
IS THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW ACCESSIBLE BY WHEELCHAIR?
Yes. Chadstone's Christmas Show is fully wheelchair accessible. Speak to one of the friendly team members for assistance.
IS THERE PRAM PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there will be an allocated area to leave your pram. Please keep all valuables on you.
WHERE IS THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW LOCATED?
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your selected show. All ticket holders to the show will receive entry however seating location is general admission so a first in first served basis.
Pick up a coffee from one of the surrounding cafes and take a look at the beautiful Christmas decorations around the centre.
WHERE IS THE BEST PARKING FOR THE CHADSTONE CHRISTMAS SHOW?
The closet place to park for Santa Photography is Car Park A located near David Jones. Elevator access is available from Ground Level.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?
If your booked session is more than 48 hours out, you are able to book a new session (subject to online availability) and have your original session re-funded (less booking fees). Sessions less than 48 hours out will not be refunded.
If you wish to change your Chadstone Christmas Show session to another day/time more than 48 hours out from your booked session:
- Book and purchase your preferred new session online
- Contact Eventopia at firstname.lastname@example.org with both your original order number to be refunded, plus your new order number
- You will be issued a refund for your original booking (less booking fees)
Original sessions will only be refunded once a customer has booked a secondary session and provided both order numbers to Eventopia. To ensure there is time for new customers to book sessions that have become available, sessions will only be refunded if more than 48 hours out. Sessions occurring within 48 hours will not be refunded.
I AM LATE AND MISSED MY SHOW – WHAT DO I DO?
We will try to slot you in if there is a gap, but unfortunately if you missed your session there is no guarantee that we can fit you in to another session. There are no refunds for missed sessions.
