    MARCH 1-31

Discover the world exclusive exhibition of Sex and the City costumes curated by the show’s own Academy Award nominated and Emmy Award winning costume designer Patricia Field.

The New York City Style Exhibition will showcase 20 iconic outfits. Get ‘Carried’ away and up close and personal with Carrie’s voluminous Vivienne Westwood wedding dress, her precious ‘Carrie’ necklace and even catch a glimpse of her black diamond wedding ring. Be in awe of the layers upon layers of the stunning Versace gown Carrie wore in Paris, when she was stood up by old flame Aleksandr Petrovsky.

Plus, see Samantha’s slinky black CD Greene dress she wore to Carrie’s rehearsal dinner, Charlotte’s Oscar de le Renta Mexico maxi and Miranda’s amazing Julien Macdonald frock she donned at Stanford and Anthony’s wedding.

Carrie is fearlessly fashionable, uptown chic and creative urbanite, Samantha smoulders as a sexy sophisticate, Charlotte’s style is preppy meets Upper East Side mum and Miranda mixes corporate chic and androgynous panache.

Fashion is undeniably Sex and the City’s fifth character; over-the-top, colourful and a mash-up of couture and street, making Manolo Blahniks, nameplate necklaces and tutus famous across the globe. Her tremendous resourcefulness and the cooperation of every fashion house in New York, Paris, London and Rome enabled Patricia to bring to the series clothing from the best-known designer names in the business. Sonia Rykiel, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, Versace, Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood are just some of the designers that form the amazing Sex and the City wardrobe repertoire.
